The Asset Store is a full service hotel & equipment liquidator. We work throughout North America for all major hotel brands as well as many different federal, state and local government agencies. We take great pride in our track record of executing on both the liquidation and procurement sides of our business. We are a fully insured, licensed and bonded contractor and can supply a multitude & variety of references upon request.
Brad Bondroff, Partner
Mr. Bondroff is a co-founder and Partner of The Asset Store since 2004. The Asset Store is a national leader in hotel FF&E liquidation.
Before founding The Asset Store, Brad spent 4 years working for General Electric Company and completed the Executive Commercial Leadership Program, where he became SixSigma Black Belt Certified. Brad received his Bachelor of Science in IT and Accounting, as well as his MBA & Masters degrees all from the University of Maryland.
Daniel Shuman, Partner
Mr. Shuman is a co-founder and Partner of The Asset Store since 2004. Mr. Shuman spent 2.5+ years working for an Investment Banking firm located in Baltimore, MD. Mr. Shuman completed 6 capital raise transactions with an average deal size of $4 million. Mr. Shuman received his Bachelor of Arts degree from The American University and JD/MBA degree from The University of Maryland.
